It’s not often these days for a professional technician to not only be knowledgeable, but especially to be willing to offer advice and help over the phone and via email to someone living extremely remotely who doesn’t have access to a local technician of any sort. Ryan helped me figure out my range hood problem with no hesitation, sent me parts info, and walked me through some steps to take safely. I wish more people in service industries as well as tradies could be like him. Send your business his way for sure!

Rang for help with a non working SMEG cooker, young lady that answered the phone, said “yes we come out to Warragul” advised of the call out & labour fees. The technician arrived in time slot they advised (the next day). Checked the cooker & advised no fault, but supply circuit breaker fault. I couldn’t praise the guy enough. Though in Pakenham thoroughly recommend this their service. Just wish there were more stars in the rating. Hopefully wont need them again too soon, but they’re card is pride of place in the “HELP” file if/when we do.

I have just had my washing machine repaired by Dom and am very happy with the job. Dom and the staff are very professional and conduct their business at a high standard.
