We would always recommend you book in a service call to see if the appliance is worth repairing.  In most cases, it’s worthwhile and can be achieved at a much lower cost than replacing.  There are occasions, however, where spare parts may no longer be available – we will let you know if this is the case.

Yes. We provide full appliance installation for Bosch dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and more, ensuring it’s fitted, levelled, and ready to run safely. We also offer disposal of the old unit upon request.

Most of our repairs are carried out within 30 minutes.

We charge $33 incl. GST for every 15 minutes and typically, we have most of our repairs completed within 30 minutes.

If parts need to be ordered in for you, we will schedule a time to return and complete the repair once they’ve come in – don’t worry, you won’t be charged a call-out fee twice.
